The person behind Strategic Mind
I started my career at one of the world's top creative agencies and spent the next 15 years in global media networks and strategy roles — marketing strategy, media planning, analytics, digital transformation and business impact.
Along the way I completed two certificate programs at UC Berkeley Extension — combining work and study across different time zones. It sharpened how I think about data, strategy and decision-making. UC Berkeley Extension later published my story under the title "Turning Data Into Strategy."
Since 2023, I have been deeply integrating AI into my daily strategic work — research, analytics, market monitoring, reporting and decision support. Not as an experiment, but as a permanent part of how I think and work.
Strategic Mind is where I document what I observe and learn: field notes, frameworks and practical experiments on AI-first strategy, marketing systems and decision-making.
The shift I'm watching
Every week, new tools, signals and ways of working appear. The hard part is no longer access to information. The hard part is turning that information into better decisions, faster workflows and clearer strategy.
The real shift
AI is not just making work faster.
It is changing the scale of what one person, one team and one company can produce.
The advantage will not belong to those who try every tool.
It will belong to those who turn AI into a working system.
AI is already changing research, analytics, reporting, market monitoring and strategy development.
Most teams feel the shift, but few have a clear operating system for using AI in daily strategic work.
The window is still open to build that system before it becomes the new baseline.
